LPE provides CNC folding and bending for precision sheet metal components and fabricated products. Our published capability includes CNC bending supported by a range of forming and press equipment, allowing formed parts to be produced as part of a complete sheet metal manufacturing programme.
Folding and bending can follow CNC punching or fibre laser cutting and can then feed directly into welding, inserting, fabrication, painting or assembly. By considering these stages together, our engineering team can review how a part is formed within the wider manufacturing route rather than focusing on the bend operation in isolation.
